Spring is a great time to remind residents of important items. The email address for the office has changed. Please make note of the new one: email@example.com. I no longer have access to the old email address.
Many residents are getting ready to go back north. Please remember to send an email to the office with your alternate mailing address for all future correspondence. Be sure to close your homes using some of the following guidelines offered by The University of Florida:
Irrigation & Landscaping - Please remember if you have any requests for landscaping or irrigation, email or call the office no later than the day before they are scheduled to come. The calendar is posted on the website. I will put together a work order for the vendors to assure they complete all requests. This will help stop residents from interrupting the vendors from doing their jobs while on property. They are here for a specific amount of time to cover the whole association. If you do not want to be cut or trimmed, please send me an email so I can add you to the vendor’s list. If you are already on the list, call the office if you want something changed. The landscapers are working off the list received from resident requests that we have provided to them to use while on site.
Attention all residents: It is important to remember that fruit trees are not permitted at Tidewater Estates. If you have small trees, please remove them asap. This includes citrus trees, mango, and avocado.
Exterior Improvements - Please notify the office of any exterior improvements you would like to complete for your residences prior to any work being completed. Many improvements require a permit. You can email or drop off your diagram to the office for board approval. After approval is provided, you will need to apply for the necessary permits required for the job and provide a copy to the office for our records. You are only permitted to use a licensed and insured vendor to complete the work on your property.
Complaints - have been reported to the office that some residents are feeding the feral cats and ducks. Please refrain from feeding any stray animals. Feral cats have been known to cause serious injuries that can result in requiring medical attention.

Dear Pet Owner,
Tidewater has installed several dog stations throughout the community for your convenience while walking your pet. The dog bags are for the use of every pet owner while walking their pet. We ask that you do NOT take more than one or two bags at a time to pick up after your pet(s). We have found residents that are taking multiple bags, which depletes the supply in the stations. We thank you for only using one bag at a time so your neighbors have a bag when they are walking their pet.
